Hamilton & Carter is expanding in Southwest Florida and looking for skilled, detail-oriented installers to join our growing installation team.
Position:
Epoxy Flooring & Garage System Installer
Responsibilities:
• Install premium epoxy floor systems in residential garages
• Prepare and clean concrete surfaces to company standards
• Assist with LED lighting setup, slatwall, and storage installations
• Work efficiently with the design and sales team to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and uphold Hamilton & Carter quality standards
Qualifications:
• Experience with epoxy, painting, or concrete coating preferred (training provided)
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites in Naples, Fort Myers, and Estero
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
Compensation:
• Competitive pay per project or day rate (based on experience and skill)
