Job Description

Our multi-family property management client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor that leads daily maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities in the Greater Seattle area, managing 4–6 technicians and overseeing routine maintenance and capital projects.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills to ensure properties remain efficient, well-maintained, and resident-ready.

This is a full-time role, on-site and must be willing to travel to job sites. Office is in Bellevue, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, and support a team of technicians across several communities
• Oversee vendor services and third-party contractors
• Manage unit turns, common area upkeep, and ongoing repairs
• Coordinate and dispatch vendors for scheduled and emergency work
• Conduct regular property inspections for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs
• Transport tools and materials to job sites when needed
• Assist technicians on large or urgent projects
• Maintain and distribute large company-owned tools and specialty equipment
• Track work orders and timelines in AppFolio to ensure timely resolution
• Support planning and execution of capital projects, including scoping, bidding, and site supervision

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential maintenance experience; multi-site supervision preferred
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general construction
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and organization
• Proficiency in work order systems (AppFolio preferred)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for daily site visits

Salary: $60K+, full benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401k, uncapped PTO, paid holidays and reimbursement for mileage. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
