• Strong Compensation: The anticipated compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $104,000 , with the final offer depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation bonus .

Position Details

• Monday - Friday
• Autonomy to focus on the conditions or areas that align with your interests and expertise
• Access to imaging, aquatic therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, lab services, and more
• Physical rehab team includes sports, post-operative care, chronic pain, pelvic floor, lymphedema, vestibular, pediatric, and more
• Epic EHR

Key Requirements

• Education and License: A Physical Therapist (PT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required. You must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
• Skills: The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience: Both new graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply . Mentorship is available for new graduates.
