Through grants, county contracts, and other funding we are able to guide those struggling with addiction to help them in a variety of ways and place them on a path to independence and recovery.

We use certified Peer Support Specialists to do this. If you are not a certified Peer Support Specialist, then we cannot hire you for this position, but we do offer classes to become one and hope you might have interest!

It is a full-time position that works normal Monday through Friday business hours. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a Retirement IRA match, time-off with pay, and working with some of the best recovery people in the world! Additionally, there is a hire-on bonus!

As a Peer Support Specialist you know the impact you can have others in their journey through your own lived experience and training. We want you to join us so we can help connect you with people in need. You should expect to:

  • Engage with peers and help assess their needs and collect necessary data.
  • Work with those peers to set goals and help them achieve them.

  • Maintain caseloads of up to 20 peers.
  • Assist with peer transportation and support at community-based meetings as needed.
  • Other duties that help support the peer and the organization.

You can do this! It is about caring for others and using your strengths to strengthen them. You will experience amazing successes (along with some setbacks) that help you grow and feel fulfilled.

We have some requirements to make sure you can provide everything we promise to our peers:

  • Certified Peer Support Specialist· High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Valid drivers license with record acceptable to our insurance
  • Ability to use computers including email and be trained on our database
  • At least 2 years of recovery/sobriety.
  • Excitement about joining us.

We hope to hear from you soon and look forward to meeting with you and seeing if this is the place for you!
