Lifespark Medical Group Physicians are consultative subspecialists with deep expertise in geriatrics and complex care management. They serve as clinical experts and consulting specialists within an interdisciplinary team that includes Nurse Practitioners (NPs), RNs, LPNs, Social Workers and Pharmacists.
This is a purely clinical role focused on high-touch, value-based care — not high-volume practice. Physicians typically see 4–6 clients per day (in-home or in senior living settings) and spend the rest of their time collaborating with the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
The Lifespark Medical Group serves highly complex seniors under the umbrella of primary care and urgent response services while emphasizing harm prevention, reduced hospitalizations, and improved quality-of-life outcomes. As a team we do three things for our patients:
Cure: restore them to better health and wellness
Palliate: shift focus to what matters and symptom control when quality and quantity of life conflict
Comfort: transition to meaningful late life experiences by adding an integrated hospice capability to the team at the right time
Position: Physician
RN Salary: $234,000 - $329,000 annually, depending on experience
Service Area: Twin Cities Metro area. Plus, mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile.
Schedule: Full - Time / Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
