LINK Staffing is proud to partner with a well-established manufacturing company known for its innovation and efficiency. We’re looking for an experienced Production Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep production operations on track.

Location: Cypress, TX

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, sometimes overtime required.

Payrate: $27-28

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production activities for new, revised, and rush orders
• Manage raw materials, inventory, and job setups
• Assist in tracking labor and material usage through time studies and data reporting
• Support shipping, receiving, and packaging operations
• Contribute to quality assurance systems and production KPIs
• Ensure communication across departments for production accuracy and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (Coordinator or supervisor role)
• Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and production equipment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a hands-on production setting
