Job Description

Title: Salesforce Product Owner

Duration:6+ months of Contract with possible extension of hire

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite from Day 1)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 8-10 years of software product management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, Sales process, CPQ, Billing, Salesforce Sales cloud, experience is a plus
  • Manages effective stakeholder engagement across all levels. This includes the ultimate users of the platform, benefactors, executives and champions
  • A talent multiplier who enables the team to continuously deliver, improve and increase velocity
  • Ability to understand business problems and bridge with technology capabilities
  • Experience with Agile teams and delivery. Experience as a product owner across multiple scrum teams or product owner at a scrum of scrums level
  • Strong, proven problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly analyze the most expedient method to recover business operations
  • Ability to confidently navigate the ambiguity of a zero-to-one product
  • Ability to understand user problems by talking to users and looking at the data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform
  • Proven leadership skills and decisive decision-making prowess.
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
  • Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
  • Required skills and qualifications
  • Four or more years of project management experience
  • Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Salesforce Exp is good to have
