Position Description

We’re looking for a eCommerce Marketing expert to lead our paid media, SEO, and CRM strategies —optimizing the full funnel to drive sustainable growth of our DTC business. This role is perfect for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on marketer who thrives on testing, learning, and scaling.

Reporting to the Director of eCommerce & Digital Product, the Sr. Manager Growth Marketing will be an integral part of the day-to-day marketing activity for the company, with a performance media focused direct report and a key seat at the table on all DTC marketing operations. This role will need to liaison across creative, culinary, production and social functions and be a functional leader with working with cross functional teams in product development, tech, operations, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Lead recteq growth marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, and CRM to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Own and optimize the full customer journey, from top-of-funnel awareness to repeat purchases and loyalty
  • Drive omni-channel impact across DTC, Amazon and retail partner channels with analytical approach

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, etc.), ensuring efficiency and ROI
  • Understand the balance of brand vs performance media and creative, providing data-driven strategies and optimizations
  • Drive media planning and optimization for both DTC and Amazon platforms
  • Analyze Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) tools to measure the impact of various marketing channels and optimize budget allocation
  • Leverage multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and first-party data to refine marketing strategies and inform learnings back into creative/brand/media processes
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and landing pages

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Lead SEO strategy to improve organic rankings, drive traffic, and enhance content performance
  • Partner with content and web/IT teams to develop high-performing content that aligns with search intent
  • Monitor search trends, algorithm updates, and technical SEO best practices

CRM, Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own email, SMS, and loyalty marketing to engage, retain, and upsell customers
  • Develop and optimize segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies
  • Monitor key lifecycle metrics (CAC, LTV, churn) and refine nurture flows
  • Collaborate with brand/content teams to develop campaigns that align with overall content schedule and consumer interests

Analytics & Optimization

  • Set KPIs and measure performance across all growth channels, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
  • Run data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates, engagement, and retention
  • Report on insights and make recommendations to optimize the marketing budget

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role
  • Experience driving eCommerce brand/business results
  • Expertise in paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok), SEO, and CRM (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROAS, CAC, and LTV
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong project management skills with successful end-to-end project implementation
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment with a “can-do” and go-getter attitude
