Requirements: 3–5 years of supervisory experience required

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Summary
• The Production Supervisor reports to the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing Production Team Leaders in daily operations . This role emphasizes skill development, team collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will foster positive associate relations, resolve performance issues through open communication, and ensure compliance with company policies. The position also focuses on establishing efficient and stable production processes using methodologies such as 5S, visual controls, standardization, Kaizen, and the CA-PDCA cycle to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Key Responsibilities: use of the CA-PDCA cycle [Check-Act-Plan-Do]

Supervise and support daily activities of Production Team Leaders

• Develop and implement associate training plans
• Provide coaching and performance counseling as needed
• Ensure a safe work environment for all team members
• Maintain compliance with customer quality standards
• Drive productivity and monitor process efficiency
• Manage process rejects and abnormality reporting
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, scrap reduction, and productivity
• Communicate and implement company philosophies and standards to associates
• Maintain manufacturing standards , quality checks, and packaging guidelines
• Ensure timely manufacturing and shipping of products
• Maintain and follow KANBAN inventory systems
• Facilitate Kaizen activities and encourage associate involvement
• Collaborate with internal departments and Japanese coordinators to meet production goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned
