Warehouse Manager (Bilingual) – Carpentersville, IL

$60,000 - $70,000/Annually + Full Benefits, PTO, and More

What You'll Be Doing

Our managers are a critical part of the process. You will be the leader in our warehouse, guiding the work of 8 -10 team members, and being responsible for their productivity, quality, and attendance.

You Will:

• Provide hands-on support across all daily warehouse operations, jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, ensuring team members follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Lead by example while auditing team performance; offer real-time coaching and constructive feedback to maintain quality standards.
• Track and communicate daily productivity metrics; work one-on-one with team members to improve performance when needed.
• Support hiring efforts by onboarding and training new team members to ensure they’re set up for success from day one.
• Address productivity, attendance, and conduct concerns promptly and professionally to keep the team aligned and accountable.
• Act as a key point of contact for team concerns, listen actively, resolve issues quickly, and escalate when necessary.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, modeling proper use for the team.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of stable warehouse environment experience with lead or management experience
• Bilingual - Spanish required
• Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can clearly communicate ideas and feedback in a tactful and constructive way.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills coupled with ability to remain solution oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
